Chocolate Collagen Protein Bites

These tasty treats are a little reminiscent of coconut rough.  Beyond delicious, packed with the goodness of our collagen and protein powders, and no refined sugars, yes please!!  Gluten-free, and dairy-free if using pea protein :) 

1/3 C Nothing Naughty Chocolate or Vanilla Protein Powder  (Pea or Whey)
1/4 C Nothing Naughty unflavored Collagen Powder
1/4 C Desiccated Coconut
1/4 C Cocoa or Cacao Powder
1/4 C Nothing Naughty Cashew Butter (Can be substituted for peanut or almond butter)
1/4 C Virgin Coconut Oil, Melted to liquid form
1 tsp Vanilla Essence
1-2 TBSP Water
1 tsp Fibre Syrup, or honey (optional if you need it a little sweeter)

1.  Stir all ingredients together bar water.
2.  Slowly add water until you have a smooth, dough like consistency.
3.  Place mixture into a mini muffin pan, chocolate moulds, or simply roll into balls and freeze for 2-3 hours.  Enjoy!! Remember these are a treat and while they are full of good stuff, still best enjoyed in moderation :)
