How to make the easiest Chia Berry Jam

With only 3-4 ingredients this chia jam can be stored in the fridge for up to a week and is a delicious addition to toast, muesli, smoothie bowls, and anything else you can think up!

Ingredients
2 C Frozen berries of choice
1/4 C Chia Seeds
2 TBSP Orange or lemon juice
Optional maple syrup to sweeten (approx 1TBSP)

Method
Combine frozen berries, chia seeds, juice, and maple if used into a mixing bowl.  Cover and leave berries to defrost for approximately three hours.  Once berries are defrosted and soft use a masher to mash mix until desired consistency.  Voila! It's now done and you can store in an airtight container in fridge until use.
