Brookies - Cookie Dough Brownies

Low carb, low sugar, plant-based, vegan-friendly, delicious cookie dough-brownies! Made with all the goodness of our pea protein, ground almond and fibre syrup.

INGREDIENTS
Brownie Layer:
1/2 C NN Ground Blanched Almond
2 TBSP NN Cacao Powder
2 TBSP NN Premium Pea Protein Chocolate
2 TBSP NN Fibre Syrup (Plain or Chocolate)
1.5 TBSP NN Almond Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Water

Cookie Dough Layer:
3/4 C NN Ground Blanched Almond
3.5 TBSP NN Premium Pea Protein Vanilla
1/4 C NN Fibre Syrup (Plain)
1tsp Vanilla Extract
1tsp Milk
Pinch of Salt
3-4TBSP Mini Choc Chips of choice

METHOD
1. For both the brownie and cookie dough layers - stir dry ingredients for each in two separate bowls. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until a cohesive dough forms.  If dough is too dry add a little more fibre syrup, almond butter or water as needed.
2. Press brownie layer into a lined tin and then top with the cookie dough layer. Allow to firm in the fridge for a few hours/overnight before serving.
