INGREDIENTS1/2 C
Ground Blanched Almond1/3 C
Lean Bean Protein Vanilla Bean1/4 C Shredded Coconut
2 TBSP
Almond Butter2 TBSP
Fibre Syrup Natural1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2-3 tsp Almond Milk
Small pinch of Salt
ICING1.5 TBSP Coconut Oil, melted
2 TBSP Coconut Milk Powder
1-2 tsp Powdered Stevia/Erythritol
1 tsp Lean Bean Protein Vanilla Bean
METHOD1. Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl before stirring in wet ingredients. Stir/fold dough until it can hold shape when pressed together (add a tiny bit more milk/syrup as needed if too dry
2. Press into a lined mini loaf tin and pop in freezer. Stir together icing ingredients until smooth, adding more sweetener to taste. Drizzle over base and top with optional chocolate chips, coconut and sprinkles for added excitement!
