New Zealand: We have partnered with NZ Post for delivery of all Nothing Naughty packages within New Zealand. Shipping is FREE for all orders over $30. Unless otherwise stated, you can expect your delivery to take 2-3 business days for North Island addresses and 3-4 business days for South Island addresses.
Australia: Shipping is FREE for all orders over $79 AUD. Unless otherwise stated, you can expect your delivery to take 5-7 business days to arrive at an Australian address.
Once your order has been placed and payment has been made, we will send you an order confirmation email. When your order is collected from our factory, you'll receive an email with a tracking code from NZ Post. If you don't see an email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders.
Please note that once the items have left our factory, any delays in the courier delivery process are beyond our control. If you experience any delays, please contact NZ Post and refer to the tracking information found in your order dispatch email.
Free shipping applies to orders weighing up to a maximum of 5kgs. Shipping charges will apply for heavy orders.
