Bought this to try in my keto baking - unfortunately I thought it was granules like sugar, so a bit disappointed to find powder (it's more like icing sugar) . Still turned out OK for the baking, but I just think it needs to maybe be labeled a bit clearer

I use the sweetener in my smoothies and yoghurt and it is my preference. It does not have a grainy feeling or that bitter aftertaste which is not uncommon with artificial sweetener. The only criticism I have is when NN run out of the 1 kilo packs.
