Love Peanut Butter but not all the fat? Our premium powdered peanut butter is made from 100% roasted peanuts that have been pressed to remove most of the oil and then ground into a fine powder.  With most of the fat gone you're left with a whole lot of protein and fibre with a delicious peanut buttery taste!

Our premium peanut butter powder can be added to anything you'd like to add that peanutty taste to - smoothies, desserts, sprinkled over breakfast, sauces, meat seasonings, curries and more.

If you simply want to make low-fat peanut butter just mix approx 2 TBSP peanut butter powder with 1 TBSP water until a smooth, thick consistency forms.

Peanut powder avocado mousse

I’ve used the peanut butter powder for avocado mousse as an alternative to chocolate powder, or beetroot powder

Absolutely love this stuff! If you are used to eating PB like pics that don’t have added sugar then you will like this, definitely needs a pinch of salt to offset the bitter taste but I love that I can drizzle heaps on porridge, with fruit etc. also works well as a powder added to yoghurt, ice cream, smoothies. Wish it came in a bigger size!
