We use a highly bio-available source of bovine collagen that is best stirred into cold-warm water or blended into smoothies or dairy-free beverages due to the Vitamin C content. Love this product

On my second bag of this collagen. Both flavors are delicious and dissolve easily in water. The shipping is so quick. Has done wonders for my gut health, hair and nails.

My holy grail

I got the refill of this as I had bought the powder and jar initially and I love this stuff. I have the recommended 2 scoops daily with some coconut water first thing in the morning as part of my wake up routine. I'll keep using this as long as it's available and really love it.
