INGREDIENTS

1 Large Frozen Banana, chopped

1 TBSP Nothing Naughty Powdered Peanut Butter

1 Large Date, pitted (medjool dates work well)

1 Scoop Nothing Naughty Caramel Protein Powder (any type)

½ tsp Cinnamon

⅛ tsp Sea Salt

1 Cup Coconut or other Milk

Optional: Smooth peanut butter and choco chips for topping and decorating glass!

METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smoooooth.
  2. Pour into your favourite glass, top with a few toppings for extra fun and enjoy!
