The fibre in inulin is soluble, which means it dissolves in water. It dissolves in the stomach and then forms a gelatinous substance that can slow digestion and increase fullness.

Suggested Use: add 5g (1 scoop) to smoothies, shakes or cold beverages of your choice. Can also be sprinkled on food.

Inulin is approximately 89% fibre.

Needs a little help to dissolve but otherwise ideal :)

Top tip, dissolve in some warm water before adding. Initially tried stirring into yoghurt and hardened into lumps, so making it liquid first is the key :)

Not what I was expecting

I am unsure about this product, 2 weeks using it and so far not working for me, I'm very confused about the texture as it doesn't dissolve at all, it turns into a blob or surgery stuff in the bottom of my glass. I've tried to mix it with everything and the consistency is still strange and unusual. Hard to see how this can do what they say it does when everytime I feel like I'm chewing on a bit of toffee at the end of my glass.

My son used this as a small child with chronic constipation when it was called Fibre sweet and he has started using it again as an adult for a similar problem. He is more regular and has softer stools.
