Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at sales@nothingnaughty.kiwi.nz.
To help us sort things out quickly, please include:

Photos of any damage, fault, or incorrect item received
We'll review the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund. We'll also cover any reasonable shipping costs associated with returning damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied products.
We ask that any damaged or incorrect orders are reported within 14 days of receiving your order so we can resolve things promptly.
Product Quality Concerns
If you have concerns about the quality of a product, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team may request additional information, such as photos, batch details, or the return of the product so we can investigate and find the best solution for you.
Change of Mind
Because our products are food and nutritional products, we're unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where:

Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product doesn't meet the guarantees required by New Zealand consumer law, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate remedy.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
