Makes 6 yoghurt clusters | Refined sugar free | Gluten free | Plant-based option
Ingredients:
4 scoops Berry Super Greens & Reds
1 cup yoghurt of choice (we used coconut yoghurt)
2 tbsp Natural Fibre Syrup
1 cup strawberries (these can be frozen - just make sure to defrost them first)
1 cup dark chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions:
Cut the strawberries in half, and then half again.
Place the strawberries in a bowl and add the yoghurt, Natural Fibre Syrup, and Super Greens & Reds powder. Mix well.
On a lined baking tray, place a couple of spoonfuls of the mixture into small mounds. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
Freeze for 2–3 hours or until solid.
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.
Dip each yoghurt cluster into the melted chocolate or drizzle the chocolate on top.
Freeze for 20 minutes, then enjoy!
