Love Peanut Butter but not all the fat? Our premium powdered peanut butter is made from 100% roasted peanuts that have been pressed to remove most of the oil and then ground into a fine powder.  With most of the fat gone you're left with a whole lot of protein and fibre with a delicious peanut buttery taste!

Our premium peanut butter powder can be added to anything you'd like to add that peanutty taste to - smoothies, desserts, sprinkled over breakfast, sauces, meat seasonings, curries and more.

If you simply want to make low-fat peanut butter just mix approx 2 TBSP peanut butter powder with 1 TBSP water until a smooth, thick consistency forms.

Deserves a 5 Star!

Coming up with a PB butter alternative without all the added fats has been a blessing. I knew it wouldn't be the same as the real deal but it cuts close and that's great. I does have a slight bitterness to it. Could perhaps add a sweetener?

I'm pretty happy with this so far. The last PB powder I used stopped manufacturing, so was on the lookout for an alternative that had simple and minimal ingredients like this one. The I often use it in smoothies, but keen to experiment with baking and other sweet treats.
