The fibre in inulin is soluble, which means it dissolves in water. It dissolves in the stomach and then forms a gelatinous substance that can slow digestion and increase fullness.

Suggested Use: add 5g (1 scoop) to smoothies, shakes or beverage of your choice. Can also be sprinkled on food.

Inulin is approximately 89% fibre.

Great product, I like that its flavourless so adds well into anything, I use it every morning combined with super greens and reds powder. I feel full and have no desire to snack between meals.

If you lacking a little fiber in your diet this seems to be a good one. Easy to use as I just add to my smoothie every morning. 👍

Started small as recommended. Used it for a month and then stopped. Terrible stomach cramps and just didn’t make me feel good.
