excellant product

I used the flour in baking and it works great. Unlike Lupin tempah which bloats me this flour doesnt have the same outcome.

Lupin flour

I have so far tried this lupin flour in pancakes, gluten free bread, and vegetable fritters.
I am more than happy with my purchase and will keep experimenting with it. I love the fact that it is high in protein and fibre, low in carbs, and gluten free.

A grainy flour

Taste is ok but quite grainy texture unlike normal flour.Will try milling it to refine n see how it goes…promising!
