Great way to increase protein

I needed to increase my protein intake, so I decided to try the bean protein. I thoroughly mix half the recommended amount into the dry oats, thoughly mix with cold water, then add hot water, and cook. It makes the porridge creamy.
It has very little flavor, and in summer hope to try it in other recipes.

I don’t like many protein bars but thought I would try these ones and to my surprise they were delicious!! My favourite was the pineapple one - I look forward to what a call my treat time and it’s actually a healthy treat !!

Deliciousness in a bar

So yummy, i always want more. Have tried the salted caramel and pineapple, both delicious. Bought them for an afternoon treat for the 2pm slump but usually can't wait past 11am. Will be a regular purchase.

Was not really sure what to expect as not taken before. Went for pure without vit c as take it with dairy. Not noticed a huge difference yet but it's early days. Will continue with product as believe it is beneficial
