Make sure toilet is close by

As a couple of other people have mentioned, this wouldn't be good to use if there isn't a bathroom nearby after you've taken it. It went straight through me and have been that way for 12hrs now :( I don't typically have any sensitivities but wow, this stuff does not agree with me.

Tropical low carb electrolytes

This is a hard no from me. I have previously used the regular electrolytes from Nothing Naughty and loved them, so when I saw a low carb version I was excited to try. Basically by the time I had finished my drink bottle, it was straight to the toilet. And back again. I tried again two days later, same problem. I checked that I’d used the right measurements, I had. I’m too scared to try again for fear that I’ll shit myself at the gym. I do not recommend this product (unless you’re trying to relieve constipation)

Best electrolytes

Love this no sugar option of electrolytes that still tastes great. I feel so much better having a cup of water with this added in first thing in the morning to re-hydrate me before my coffee! Way better value for money than any other electrolytes in NZ.

The hydration powdered drink is absolutely yummy. I haven't tried tropical yet.
