Protein Bar Review

So far I have ordered the apple crumble and chocolate mint bars. Absolutely love the flavors when first getting them but find that after a week or so they harden up quite a bit. An example of this was at Tekapo yesterday I did the 50 km and the bars were too hard to bite into. Admittedly it was cold but I expected them to be better than that. I purchased them about 3 weeks ago. A real shame as I love the taste but wouldn't be using a dozen in a week.
