We use a highly bio-available source of bovine collagen that is best stirred into cold-warm water or blended into smoothies or dairy-free beverages due to the Vitamin C content. Collagen is said to support radiant skin, thicker hair, stronger nails & healthier joints. We recommend taking approx 10g (2 scoops) daily for optimum results.

Natural and Lemon and lime

I got the lemon and lime, I use it in yogurt every day. I use it with Lemon yogurt and it gives it an extra zing. It blends in really well. Amazing product! I haven't used the natural yet. Great delivery and service.

Ran out after using this collagen for 3 months and certainly needed to re -order ASAP as I noticed after not taking it after a week and a half my joints were playing up again. Half a cup of water with 2 scoops is a morning ritual for me.

Great product, easily added to you smoothing, protein shake or drink (hot or cold) altho I would personally avoid it with water as it’s a but polarising (like bone broth) by itself. I am a couple of weeks in & already feeling like it’s something I will continue long term in my protein shakes.
