My go to

As I'm GF (not a choice) and low carb ( by choice), it's often difficult to find something that tastes good, meets that criteria; for a decent price. These are great. Good flavors. I like the chewy texture as it makes me feel I'm eating something substantial. Always have one in my range bag and midway through a training session or comp I can refuel.

Absolutely delicious

Have had the licorice, pineapple, vanilla and mint varieties. All have been really yummy. Great texture and keeps me going through the day. Really good when I've been out on hike and bike rides.
Can't wait to try the "flat white" flavoured one

(Mint) Try a single bar first!

I really recommend buying single bars before going ahead and getting a 12 box - no idea what i was thinking. I struggle to find protein bars I enjoy. These don't have the nasty protein taste - but the flavour it does have reminds me of vaporub.
I would rate even lower for the taste, but the score was raised since it was filling and the texture was nice, and it satisfied my snack-hunger.

Good bar to have on hand

I love liquorice so the flavour was great for me. The request bars are quite hard to chew so you can't eat them in a hurry. I find that I have to break the bar into about 3 or 4 pieces. They are quite filling so you're not reaching for other snacky foods.

Love the liquorice request bars, i have been buying them for a few years now and are my go to.
