Caramel-Maple Frosted Protein Slice

Ingredients - Slice
25g Premium Pea Protein Caramel 
2 TBSP Ground Blanched Almond
1 1/2 TBSP Almond Butter
3 TBSP Fibre Syrup Maple
3 TBSP Peanut Butter
Icing
2 TBSP Premium Pea Protein Caramel
3 TBSP Fibre Syrup Maple
1-3 tsp Keto Sweetener
2 TBSP Coconut Oil
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence/Extract
Pinch of Salt

Method
1. Mix dry slice ingredients together, add in wet ingredients and stir until a cohesive dough forms.
2. Press into a lined mini-loaf tin and place in freezer to firm.
3. Stir all frosting ingredients together in a bowl until there are no clumps.
4. Pour frosting over the slice and place in fridge to harden. Once firm, slice into 8-10 small pieces. Can be stored in freezer and defrosted piece by piece as you like :)
