Another divine high protein, low-carb creation by @itswhollyum that make the best pre or post workout snacks or after dinner treats!Ingredients
3/4 C Ground Blanched Almond
1/3 C Lean Bean Protein Chocolate Fudge
2 tsp Cacao Powder
1/4 C Fibre Syrup Chocolate
1 TBSP Plant-based Milk
2-3 TBSP Choc Chips (low-sugar or normal)
Pinch of saltChocolate Shell
1 TBSP Almond Butter
1 TBSP Keto Sweetener
2 TBSP Cacao Powder
1.5 TBSP Coconut Oil, meltedMethod
1. Stir dry ingredients in a bowl until well-combined. Add wet ingredients and stir until a soft, cohesive dough is formed.
2. Roll into balls and pop on a tray in fridge or freezer until hard.
3. Stir ingredients for chocolate shell together until smooth and runny. Roll hardened balls into the chocolate shell coating until well-coated. Top with extra choc chips or coconut as desired and place back in fridge to firm up.
4. Store in fridge until ready to eat :)
