Chocolate PB Brownie Protein Slice from Nicole - Naturally Nourish, Wanaka
Base:
2 cups rolled oats (blended)
1 cup Nothing Naughty Chocolate Fudge Lean Bean
250g natural peanut butter
80g maple syrup
110ml milk of choice
Pinch sea salt
Topping:
150g dark chocolate
2 tbsp peanut butter
Flaky sea salt
Method:
Mix base ingredients until combined and slightly sticky, then press into a lined tray. Top with melted dark chocolate, swirl through peanut butter and finish with flaky sea salt. Refrigerate until set (approx 30 minutes) then slice and enjoy
