This is another super quick recipe that can be enjoyed for breakfast or as a dessert. It's both protein packed and full of fibre - a perfect way to start the day.
Prep time: 5 mins | Set time: 1 hour in fridge or overnight in fridge

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl or jar. Mix together until combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
Stir again before serving/eating
You can layer or stir through berry coulis to make the chia pudding even more fancy looking. I usually just microwave ½ cup of berries and mush these to make a coulis.
