Ingredients:Ā
1 cup oat flour (use almond flour for GF)
2 scoops (approximately 60g) of Nothing Naughty Protein Powder (whey or plant-based)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1/4 cup greek yoghurt or a dairy-free alternative
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk or other milk of choice
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil or unsalted butterĀ
2 tablespoons Nothing Naughty Natural Caramel Fibre Syrup

90g melted dark chocolateĀ
Directions:Ā
Preheat your oven to 175 degrees.Ā
Grease a doughnut mould well with olive oil or butter.Ā
In a large bowl, whisk together theĀ dry ingredients - the oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients - eggs, greek yoghurt, milk, melted coconut oil, fibre syrup, and vanilla extract - until smooth.Ā
Combine the wet and dry ingredients, stirring until no flour pockets remain. The batter should be smooth but not over-mixed.Ā
Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared doughnut pan, filling each mould about 3/4 full.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden and a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.Ā
Allow the doughnuts to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.Ā
Once the doughnuts are completely cool, dip the tops of each doughnut into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off, then return them to the wire rack to set.Ā Ā
