Not suitable for women that are pregnant or breastfeeding due to the laxative effects.

Fibre 4 Vanilla

I really like this product. Can cause a bit of gas at first. But definitely helps being regular. Vanilla is a nice flavour, and I often mix it with Greek yoghurt. Highly recommend!

Gut-loving goodness

This product tastes incredible - what a yummy way to add good gut prebiotics. Can create a 'windy experience' so suggest building up to the suggested scoop per day.

Really like the vanilla - it works, go slow!

These reviews appear to be littered with one star reviews from those who did not follow instructions. You need to start slowly like it says. I started with 1/4 scoop. I’m still on 1/4 scoop a week later. I did try half a scoop one day but was quite gassy, a little painful, and lots of BMs. I’ve had problems with constipation my whole life. I don’t think my normal flora is very healthy. I have heard really good things about inulin, good for sleep and it’s a prebiotic so it feeds good bacteria. I was taking it until I ran out a while back, and this product is basically inulin plus other types of fibre. So I am looking forward to continuing with this. I don’t even mind if I never reach 20g, I will get more doses, still getting more fibre than I would otherwise. It’s a great product, comes in a really neat jar with a scoop that you can refill, and I have already noticed good changes. Honestly I thought vanilla flavoured water sounded strange but it works, and tastes wonderful. Sometimes I put it in my espresso in the morning, mostly I have it before dinner. I’ve lost weight already, weight I have been trying to shed since a difficult pregnancy 4 years ago caused me to lose a lot of weight, so as soon as I was able to eat again I regained the weight and more. Messed up my metabolism. However I did add your keto coffee pack to my order, and have been having that every morning too, so it could be a combination. I certainly have more energy, as a single mum studying full time that’s important. I had a spare 20 minutes before class this morning and instead of playing games on my phone I went for a walk. That is unprecedented. I mean I walk sometimes, but would never think of it as something to fill 20 minutes I could’ve had as rare me-time.

One word of warning. No matter how much your toilet training 4yo begs for a taste, do not give them any. Tell them it’s alcohol. He had one mouthful and he has never had a problem with constipation, so he had 5-6 BMs in the one day, not all made it in the toilet, not pretty. Never again.
