Ingredients
2 cups of oats
1/2 cup chopped almonds & cashews
1/4 cup pumpkin & sunflower seeds
2 tbsp of fibre syrup or your sweetener of choice
2 tbsp of your preferred oil
pinch of salt
2 scoops of Nothing Naughty Protein Powder
Directions
Bake on 180 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes
