Baked Protein Oat & Berry Bars

Ingredients:

1x serving size

1/2 scoop Nothing Naughty Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1/4 cup rolled oats 

1/4 cup frozen mixed berries 

1/2 Tbsp chia seeds 

1/2 tsp coconut oil 

1/4 tsp vanilla essence 

1/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened) 

1 1/2 tsp stevia

1/2 egg 

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, vanilla essence and protein powder.

3. Mix in the oats, chia seeds and stevia. Let it soak for 30 minutes if you have time (for the best result).

4. Grease a large baking dish with coconut oil.

5. Pour the oat mixture into the pan. Scatter over the berries.

6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are golden and the centre is cooked through.

7. Remove from the oven and let it sit for 10-15 minutes to cool before cutting.

8. Eat straight away or store in a container in the fridge. Enjoy!
