Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients: 

Chocolate layer

200g dark chocolate

2 Tbsp coconut oil

Peanut Butter layer

2/3 cup water

2/3 cup Nothing Naughty Peanut Butter Powder

2 scoops Nothing Naughty Natural Vanilla Lean Bean Protein Powder 

1/2 tsp vanilla essence

1 1/2 Tbsp sweetener of your choice

 

Directions: 

1. Melt half of the chocolate and half of the coconut oil in a bowl placed on top of a pot of boiling water.

2. Spoon 1 tablespoon of the chocolate into your moulds and let it set in the freezer.

3. Mix ingredients for peanut butter layer.

4. Once chocolate sets, spoon peanut butter mix over moulds.

5. Heat remaining chocolate and oil, then spoon over peanut butter layer. Optional: Sprinkle Flaky Sea Salt on top.

6. Freeze, then enjoy!
