Rosemary, Caramelised Onion, & Cheese Low Carb Bread Toasties

Ingredients: 

1 Tbsp oil or butter

1 small onion

1 Tbsp coconut sugar or Nothing Naughty Keto Sweetener

1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

4 slices Nothing Naughty Low Carb Bread

Butter

1/2 cup cheese

3 sprigs fresh rosemary

Directions: 

1. Heat oil or butter in a pan and cook the onion until translucent.

2. Add sugar and vinegar and mix well. Let it cook for 2-3 mins, then remove from heat.

3. Finely chop your rosemary and grate your cheese (used the brand Epic Cheese).

4. Take 2 slices of bread; on one side, add your rosemary, cheese, and caramelised onions. Place other slice on top.

5. Butter the top side and place that slice with butter facing down in a heated pan.

6. Spread butter on the top of the slice in the pan while the other side is cooking. Cook for about 2 minutes and flip once it has turned golden brown.

7. Cook the other side and serve!
