Very Berry Snack Smoothie Bowl
The perfect snack-sized bowl for an afternoon of after-dinner healthy treat!
1/2 C Frozen mixed berries
1 TBSP Avocado
1 scoop Nothing Naughty pea or whey protein
1/2 C Milk of choice
1. Blend all ingredients in a bullet or blender, pulsing and then blending until a smooth, thick, creamy liquid forms. Pour into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings! (We love keeping it simple with granola, coconut flakes and banana)
