These are our family go to for NZ made plant protein bars! Please please consider more flavors that are not as sweet, would love coffee or "flat white", or mint or even savory -- thanks!

Try before you buy a box

I enjoyed the Salted Caramel bars, so bought a mixed box to try the other flavors. Unfortunately they are not very nice in my opinion. The pineapple, ginger, and banoffee ones all have a really sweet aftertaste that gets stronger the more you eat the bar. And I agree with those saying its like eating raw rice, the hard lumps are not that pleasant to chew. In future I would stick to the salted caramel or regular protein bars

Great plant-based protein bar option

Love how tasty and healthy these are while still delivering a decent protein hit (although the protein content is a bit lower than the whey-based bars, which I hadn't initially realised!). I got the mixed box, and the salted caramel and ginger crunch flavours are my favourites. Agree with the other comments saying the texture is quite gritty compared to the whey versions, but I personally still enjoy them.

Not a fan of the texture

The texture in these is so different to the whey protein bars. I wish it was more clear in the description. It's super gritty and has little crunchy bits but I didn't enjoy the crunch - I was unsure if it was just a bad batch until I read the reviews and saw that's how they're clearly meant to be. The flavours also tasted a lot stronger and more artificial than the whey bars. Definitely wouldn't buy again - not even eating these ones.
