I found I needed to use 1 tablespoon to get the sweetness of a teaspoon of sugar. Also it left me very gassy

Amazing!

Ive bought the plain and chocolate - yet to try chocolate but Ive added the plain one to my green smoothies to give it some sweetness = absolute winner, can no longer taste the spinach haha. I add roughly one heaped tsp and it does the trick. Very sweet syrup but I feel very guilt free! Planning on using the choc over my breakfast bowls and pancakes.

Yum, tasty addition to my breakfast

Purchased chocolate and caramel flavours, love the chocolate especially on greek yoghurt and porridge. The caramel takes a little getting used too, I like it but it does have a slight artificial flavour.
