We decided to get creative over Easter Weekend and designed our own keto-friendly home chocolate making mix.  With a super clean profile this chocolate is gluten, dairy and soy free and contains only the best keto-friendly natural sweeteners.

To whip up a batch of keto chocolate all you need to do is empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl situated over a pot of boiling water, heat and stir for  approx 10 minutes then pour the mix into a baking tray or chocolate moulds, freeze and voila it's ready to eat!

You can use this as a base to create all kinds of variations such as adding peppermint essence for peppermint chocolate, desiccated coconut for coconut rough, freeze dried berries, nuts, chili or whatever else you can think up! If you are wanting to up the fat content for keto diets you could also try adding cream to the mix.

Tangy/spicy after taste

I am unsure if I received a bad batch but these were unusable imo the 2 people I also got to try (who are familiar with using sugarfree chockate) thought they were terrible

Ideal for home made chocolates

Keto mix is great for making my own chocolates. I just simmer with coconut oil and a flavour essence (e.g. feijoa, cherry) and pour over mixed nuts into a silicone muffin tray. After refrigerating, they taste just as good as regular chocolates, but without the high amounts of sugar and carbs.
