Berry Chia Jam Recipe ๐Ÿ“

Ingredients
2 cups berries
2 Tbsp chia seeds
1 juice of a lemon
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp Nothing Naughty Maple Fibre Syrup
Note:ย Add more/less sweetener depending on how sweet you like your jam.
Directions:
Add all the ingredients to a pot.
Place the pot on low to medium heat for approximately 6-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Allow it to cool for 5 minutes.
Pair it with Nothing Naughty Pancake Mix for a delicious combo! ๐Ÿฅž
TIP:ย My favourite way to use this pancake mix is as follows:
Mash one banana, then add one egg and mix. Next, add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and mix in 2 scoops of pancake mix to create delicious banana pancakes. My favourite oil to fry these in is coconut oil.ย ๐Ÿฅฅ
For a vegan option, you can either use just the mashed banana with 1 scoop of pancake mix or add a chia egg alongside the mashed banana and use 2 scoops of the pancake mix.
My favourite toppings are the berry chia jam, greek yoghurt (coconut if your vegan) and Nothing Naughty Maple Fibre Syrup (lots of it!).ย ๐Ÿ˜‹
