Microwave Protein Mug Cakes - Birthday Cake Flavour

You can't go past a good mug cake. Bursting with fun in a Birthday Cake flavour, low-carb and the best part is you can whip them up in under 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS
1/4 C Ground Blanched Almond
1 TBSP Lean Bean Protein Vanilla Bean (Can also use Whey or Pea protein)
1 tsp Coconut Flour 
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Keto Sweetener 
1TBSP Fibre Syrup Natural
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 TBSP Almond Milk
1/2 TBSP Choc Chips (Sugar-free optional)
1 tsp Sprinkles (for added fun)


METHOD
1. Combine dry ingredients in a small microwavable mug or bowl before stirring in wet ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients until well-combined. 
2. Top with chocolate chips/sprinkles and microwave for approx 60-90 seconds until cake has risen and is no longer raw.
3. Enjoy warm with ice cream or yoghurt :)
