1/3 C Ground Blanched Almond
1/3 C Premium Powdered Peanut Butter
1/4 C Fibre Syrup
1/3 C Crunchy Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence/Extract
Pinch of Salt
Icing - 1/3 C Sugar-free White Choc Chips & 2-3 tsps Coconut Oil
1. Mix dry ingredients together, add in wet ingredients and stir until well-combined
2. Press into a lined mini-loaf tin and freeze until mix has hardened
3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave proof bowl for approximately 10 second intervals until melted, stirring at each interval to avoid burning.
4. Pour chocolate over the base and store in fridge until firm.
