Vegan and gluten-free date scones!

These plant-based, gluten-free date scones are light and fluffy on the inside with a slightly crunchy outside. So simple to whip up and taste best fresh out of the oven and slightly warm. Created by the lovely @littlegreeng

INGREDIENTS
300g Nothing Naughty ground blanched almond
300g gluten free flour
5 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 TBSP apple cider vinegar
4 TBSP Nothing Naughty fibre syrup
1/2 C almond milk
1 C chopped dates

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
2. Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl before stirring in wet ingredients gradually until mixture is slightly sticky.
3. Line a tray with baking paper, roll dough into 10-12 scones and place on tray
4. Cook for approx 20-30 minutes or until golden
